What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns of orders within the first 30 days of the delivery date. The following conditions apply:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with any hang tags attached in original condition.
- All returns/exchanges must include a RMA sheet provided by our Customer Care Team.
- Shipping costs, customs and duties from the original order are non-refundable.
- All items are eligible for a return or exchange EXCEPT for final sale items, which are not eligible for any form of return (Unless you received an item that was defective)
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear or do not include the RMA paperwork inside the package.
- Due to the very limited availability of our special edition colors we cannot guarantee that alternative sizes in the same color will be offered for exchanges.
- You are free to return your items in whatever packaging you like, but all returns must be shipped with a trackable method by the customer.
- If your returned item is not able to be restocked your refund can be processed for less than the originally purchased amount.
If your item has arrived damaged or defective please immediately reach out to our customer care team through the request form in the bottom right corner of the page.
To expedite the process of a replacement please include your original order number and also a picture of the issue in your initial request.
How do I start my return?
Please click the request button at the bottom right hand corner of the page, and submit your request for an exchange, return or damage inquiry. Our team will be happy to get back to you as soon as possible to update you with an RMA sheet for the request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and processed by our returns team, we will send you an email with an updated order or refund notification.
Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to be processed by your original payment method.
Do you offer in person returns?
For the safety and privacy of our employees we do not offer any form of in person returns.
All in person returns will be refused and we request that customers ship back their items per the above conditions.
