I have been in search of the world’s softest hoodie since the mid nineties, when I lost the soft hoodie that I had. I wore that hoodie for a week in the hospital waiting room when my dad was sick. With my whole world falling apart around me, that soft hoodie was my only comfort. Since I lost it, I have invested in an inordinate number of hoodies in search of that lost feeling of soft comfort. And I finally found it. The Soft Serve Cloud Comfort hoodie. I love it! Just ordered a second one.

I think the product is decent but customer service never answered my email after a week. I think that is terrible. I was promised a free mystery box if purchased 2 items and never received this either. Not a very good thing to do to your customers. No phone number to call company either. Seems sketchy.

Im not super impressed. They claim it’s “the softest hoodie” but the actual soft part of the material is on the outside, not inside. It’s still comfortable sure, but my opinion is the material should be flipped or the same on the inside as it is outside. the sizing also runs small in my experience. i’m a m/l and like my hoodies to fit me oversized, usually one size up to XL is enough but it fits me more like a L, i should’ve gone with 2XL. overall it’s a decent hoodie, but worth the hype and cost? not in my opinion.

Increase the quality of the clothing. I was expecting a soft inside / interior of the hoodie. Not soft like the outside is. I was also expecting for it to be a little thicker in material and actually keep me somewhat warm. It is a thin, overpriced hoodie and when I tried getting in contact with customer service, I never received an email back. I wanted a refund.
