You advertise it’s “the softest hoodie “ ever! It is not at all! It feels like a wool material, just a bit softer. That’s not comfy or softer than what’s out there and even with the discount you gave , what was the point because we ended up having to pay it anyways since the shipping cost equals the discount. That was absurd. It was expensive to buy what I presumed would be the absolute best hoodie I ever purchased. I had cancer at 36 and was forced into menapause so ever since then I’ve had sensory issues and can only handle soft fabrics on my skin. Your product is a big fat NO! yall lied. I can go to discount stores and actually feel hoodies b4 buying for $10-$15 and they are soft as soft can be. So something is wrong with you all. Your material shouldn’t be wool-like and clim to be soft. It’s awful! I can’t attempt to return it,either since I threw the box and bag away believing all y’all’s “hype”. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Out of the two hoodies I purchased a multicolor and a solid, this one was much softer than the multicolor. I just wish it was soft on the inside as well. Otherwise a nice hoodie but still a little steep in cost.
