How do I care for my Cloud Cotton Hoodie?

Don't worry the Cloud Cotton Hoodie is pretty low maintenance.  Just wash it on the delicate cycle in cold water inside out with like colors, and dry on delicate.

What does Mystery Item mean?

All mystery items are randomly picked. We are not able to accommodate requests for specific colors or styles. Mystery items can include tie-dye and/or solid colors. All mystery items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What size should I order?

All Cloud Cotton Hoodies are unisex.

The height measurement is measured from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the band.  

Chest measurements are measured flat from the bottom of the armhole to the opposite armhole.

Sleeve measurements are taken from halfway between the seam of the hood and the drop shoulder to the end of the arm sleeve band.

For our unisex sizing we recommend women to order their true size for a comfier fit, and men's sizing to order one size up for a true fit. For tie-dye hoodies please be sure to order one size up for women, and to size up one to two sizes for men.

How do I return my hoodie?

All return requests must be submitted through the returns portion of your customer account. Please note that to exchange or return your hoodie it must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn.  Any hoodie returned showing signs of wear or washing will be returned at a discounted or no value. Can I apply two coupon codes to one order?

We will happily accept any valid coupon code on your order, but we are only able to apply one coupon code per order.

How fast can I get my order?

All orders for only in stock items ship from our warehouse within 24-48* hours (Business Days).  If your order is mixed with both in stock and pre-order items your order will be shipped on the pre-order date noted on the site.

*Due to the current Covid pandemic we have stayed open with a limited staff to ensure the health and safety of our employees.  We are still open with orders shipping each day, but orders may experience some delay due to the minimized staff.  We apologize for any inconvenience, and we are working hard to get orders out as fast as we can.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries outside of the USA.  Please note that we cannot control nor are we responsible for the customs, duties and taxes that can incur at the final delivery country. Customs policies vary by country.  Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Do you offer a buy now, pay later option?

Yes, we offer a buy now and pay it later option through Shop Pay at checkout.  The program is simple. All approved shoppers with orders over $50 can be split up into 4 zero-interest payments.  We have no bearing on the approval process, repayments, or updating your credit card for future payments.  All of these actions need to be managed through Shop Pay.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept exchanges and returns of orders within the first 30 days from the delivery date. The following conditions apply:

  • All returns/exchanges must be processed through our returns portal.
  • Shipping costs, customs and duties from the original order are non-refundable.
  • All items are eligible for a return or exchange EXCEPT for final sale items, which are not eligible for any form of return (Unless you received an item that was defective).
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or were not processed using our returns portal.
  • Due to the very limited availability of our special edition colors we cannot guarantee that alternative sizes in the same color will be available for exchanges.
  • If your returned item is not returned in resell-able condition we will add an additional restocking fee to your refund.
  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, please submit a return request immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
How do I start my return?

All you need to do to start your return is enter in your order number (which can be found on your packing slip or order confirmation email), your zip code, phone number or email associated with your order when it was placed.

How soon will I get my Exchange, Store Credit or Refund?
  • Store Credit: In this option your label will be provided free of charge. As soon as your return has its’ first scan, your order will automatically be refunded to you in the form of a store credit. This is the quickest and fast method of return.
  • Refund: In this option there will be a flat fee of a $7.00 handling fee charged for your return. Once the item is delivered, processed and reviewed by our team members the refund will be initiated.
  • Exchange: If you are processing an exchange for a different item there are two options
    • Instant Exchange: If you select this option, we will reserve the exchange item you selected and ship the replacement immediately.
    • Normal Exchange: As soon as your exchange package has made its’ first scan from USPS, the requested exchange items will be shipped out to you. Please note that we do not hold inventory for exchanges, and the first scan on the package must be initiated before an exchange order will be shipped.
Can I process a return for an item I received as a gift?

We offer free exchanges or store credit for any gift returns. All you have to do is start a gift return on the homepage of the returns portal.

Do you offer in person returns?

For the safety and privacy of our employees we do not offer any form of in person returns. All in person returns will be refused and we request that customers ship back their items per the above conditions.
